Registered Chatters: Can only text chat (i.e. type) in the lobby or if invited to a private room. In other open rooms text chat is not available.

Male Cammer: Cam must be active. If not service is downgraded to Registered user.

Female Cammer: Cam must be active If not service is downgraded to Registered user. Only if female present and participating. Access rights lost if Male only or male active and female not activally participating, Penalties apply for failure to comply.
